Terms of Service
Glippier · Last updated: May 2026
1. About this service
Glippier ("we", "us") is a digital GLP-1 medication and health tracker (the "Service"), offered as a browser-based web application at glippier.com. The Service helps customers track their weight, nutrition, injections and side effects during treatment with GLP-1 medication (Mounjaro, Ozempic, Wegovy and similar).
2. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms are governed by both European consumer law (including EU Directive 2011/83/EU) and applicable Thai consumer law (Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522).
3. Account & access
After registration you receive a personal, non-transferable account that gives you access to the Service. The account is solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
- Share, resell or transfer your login credentials to another person
- Use the Service for commercial training, resale or content distribution
- Mass-retrieve data automatically (scraping) outside the official API functions
4. Subscription, billing & renewal
The Service works on a subscription basis (monthly or annual). Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as Merchant of Record (seller); they handle VAT and local taxes for your jurisdiction. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. On cancellation, future payments stop and you keep access until the end of the current period; after that the subscription expires.
You can cancel at any time by emailing support@glippier.com. For refund terms see our Refund Policy.
5. Content of the Service
We reserve the right to update, improve or modify features of the Service at any time. The subscription gives access to all future updates within the chosen tier, at no extra cost. We do not guarantee that the Service leads to specific health outcomes for every individual user, individual results vary.
6. No medical advice
Glippier is a tracking tool, not a medical device. The Service does not diagnose, does not prescribe medication and does not replace consultation with a doctor or pharmacist. Decisions about your treatment, dosing, medication changes or nutrition goals are always made in consultation with a qualified healthcare provider. Thresholds such as the hunger limit (1200/1500 kcal) and protein guideline (1.6 g/kg) in the Service are general orientation, not personal medical advice.
7. Intellectual property
All Service content, source code, design, text, icons, food-database curation and structure, is the exclusive intellectual property of Glippier. Open Food Facts data is used under the Open Database License (ODbL). Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited under EU Copyright Directive 2019/790/EU and the Thai Copyright Act B.E. 2537.
8. Availability & technical requirements
The Service is a browser-based web application. You are responsible for a compatible device and a working internet connection. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance, hosting issues or force majeure.
9. Privacy & data
For the full description of which personal data we process and on what basis, see our Privacy Policy. Health data is processed under Art. 9 GDPR with your explicit consent at registration.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Glippier is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in subscription fees in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Governing law
These terms are primarily governed by Thai law, subject to mandatory EU consumer protection that applies to customers resident in the EU. Disputes are first handled amicably. EU customers retain all statutory rights under EU consumer law regardless of this clause and may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Cancelling, refunds and trial
Glippier is a monthly or annual subscription. You can cancel at any time: future payments stop and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
How it works
- Cancel: email support@glippier.com from your account email address. Cancelling stops future renewals, you will not be charged for a next period. We confirm within 1 business day.
- Access: after cancellation you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for; after that the subscription expires automatically.
- 14-day EU right of withdrawal: within 14 days of a payment you are entitled to a full refund of that payment (Directive 2011/83/EU).
- After 14 days: cancelling prevents further renewal. The current period you have already paid for is not refunded automatically; special cases are handled manually, case by case.
- How fast: approved refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record), usually within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
Free trial
New accounts get 1 month free trial (no credit card needed), or 2 months via a referral invitation. You are only charged when the trial ends and your subscription becomes active. Inviting friends earns a free month per rewarded sign-up (your friend must pay their first month), up to a maximum of 12 rewarded referrals per 12 months.
In case of technical problems
If the Service is unreachable for more than 24 hours due to an outage on our side, you receive a proportional credit or refund on request. Email support@glippier.com.
EU consumer law
As an EU consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal after purchase. By starting to use the Service at registration you consent to immediate delivery, but we still honor the 14-day refund right as described above. For disputes you can turn to your national consumer authority or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
